★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very good experience with lamb ford , it started with a very detailed efficient phone call that gave us true and all information we needed , then we went in person to see the car we met Tony who’s very honest and helpful and helped us with even speeding the paper work, setting the phone app. Not to mention the very friendly attitude even my tow little boys says : people here are very nice
I had some bad experience with other ford dealers but Lamb Ford ,I totally recommend them for anybody

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a used car back in 2017,
The service was good. They did come out to get me from Beaumont on the day of pickup.
Car started showing signs that it was repainted and that the rocker panel’s were rigged to look like new with a quick repaint job. It’s now 2022 and my rocker panels are in extreme disrepair. I called a few time to ask if the car was repainted but they told me no.
I notice after a few services on the car that the car I thought I bought was not as it seems.The rust was covered up and repainted. They do a great job cleaning the cars up but over the years my gmc mechanic has pointed out a lot of the hidden tell signs I bought a car that wasn’t well taken care off.
I still try to do up keep on my car but will never trust they used cars they sell there. My sales men seemed like a good guy…..:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased a Ford Explorer and traded in my F150 this was one of my best vehicle purchase experiences ever. Lamb Ford was friendly helpful and not pushy, accommodating and fair.
Will definitely be going back to Lamb Ford when time to trade in the Explorer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not have enough good things to say about this dealership! They absolutely go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I had some big issues with a vehicle I purchased at go Nissan south in Edmonton (DO NOT go there). While Nissan wanted nothing to do with their own errors. Lamb ford went to bat for me and did whatever they could to help me out!! Thank you Dale and Dean! I will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else again. We are extremely happy with your service. ??? solid & honest ppl!

I work out of town for extended shifts and they go out of their way to accommodate me. All ford dealerships would be lucky to have a team this professional. Two thumbs up. We ran into a couple of problems with both of our vehicles which is nothing uncommon because well vehicles are like that, and let me tell you they have ANYWAYS gone above and beyond taking care of us every time. Our sales rep even has personally dropped my vehicle back off to me at my work!!! They are trust worthy, caring, and relatable people that just want all their customers happy. You will never be disappointed from buying a vehicle from them.
