★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to be treated like family, then shop no where else. Our 2020 Ford Edge Titanium Elite is an awesome SUV. Naber Ford had to locate this vehicle for us as we were being fairly specific about the vehicle and color. Within a week they located our Edge. There aren't many businesses and especially vehicle dealers where you can trust all aspects of the dealership, from service to parts to reception to sales. It's is a pleasure dealing with the Naber Ford Family. We have purchased 10 vehicles in a row from them and frankly we won't deal anywhere else as we trust that they will treat us like family each and every time.

I bought a quad from these people, supposedly from an older guy who barely used it, and as it turns out it was a complete lemon. More than 5 thousand dollars later in repairs I am done. I've barely been able to use it and by use it I mean drive it around a 6 acre property or move some snow with it. Every time I go to use the danged thing something else breaks. When I take it in to be repaired I am told that these faults have been just waiting to happen. I don't know how to ride these as they were meant to be ridden so my riding would be considered very gentle. I have no issues with the new vehicle portion of this dealership but if you are thinking of buying something used, please do your own homework before doing so since it is very apparent that they do not look it over prior to selling it to you. I am very angry about my purchase.
Naber Ford has never let me down and always made me feel like they care. I recently moved to the area from Alberta and am glad that Naber is here to aide me in all my auto needs. Don't get me wrong here - they will still make a good buck on the transaction but at least I don't go away like I was just taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with Naber Ford for over a decade. During this time I have purchased and serviced two vehicles at Naber Ford. During some recent interprovincial travel, my car started making noise. I took it to a tire shop and they told me a wheel baring was gone and needed to be replaced. They wanted to replace it right away.
I decided to wait. I called Naber Ford. Nabers told me it was abnormal for a wheel baring to go on my type of SUV but as soon as I was back, they would look at it. They booked it in quickly and gave me a loner car in the mean time. The service department did a detailed inspection of my car and found NOTHING wrong. Nabers said they believed a rock must have gotten stuck in my brake system and caused noise until the rock was spit out. There was nothing to worry about. They saved me almost $1000!!!!!! I am thankful to deal with a dealership who always seeks the customers best interest and not their own.
If you want to drive in confidence knowing a dealership has your back, Naber Ford is my recommendation!!! From sales to service, Naber Ford puts YOU the customer first! It's worth a drive to the Naberhood.
