What ever happened to caring for the customer. They charged sgi for new AC Delco parts. I have the paper work. And got used parts from the wrecker and took the full payment for themselves. And I was left with used and after market parts that Did not only not line up, and didn't match. Body lines were crooked and the management refused to help me. Very arrogant group of people. I made a choice to support you as has my family for many years. You just lost a whole family legacy of loyal business.

Not helpful at all. Condescending in fact. I've been going here for years for service, purchases and parts. I think I'm done after this last phone call.
