The people at Lakeland Hyundai were very professional, kind and helpful. I was fit in for a appointment to see why the malfunction light was on in my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. They found the problem, had the necessary part and fixed it right away. And it was still on warranty so WOOHOO!! I was on my way with no worries within 2 hours. Well done Lakeland Hyundai!!?

I was not happy with the person in parts who said to me over the phone that I had ghosted them. Very unprofessional. He did apologize and that well, interesting. Yes I should have called when the part was in, but did he need to reply like that? Lots of things could be happening in our lives, that I was unable to at the time. I also live over an hour away! Which is not hard to see , when reading my address. Then when the part was ordered a second time, no call to say it was in. Was I being ghosted then? Thankfully Shannon in service booked an appointment ahead of time. So my son could bring my car over .

Booked appointment to look into possible warranty work. Arrived early and they didn't know anything about appointment. I had to call few hours after appointment time to ask if vehicle was done or where things were at. Was told was done, under warranty and had part (only good part). Go to pick up and staff joking around, I was not greeted and then service advisor did not know if i had paperwork or not. Have had past issues with service department and this will most likely lead to no future purchases of Hyundai.

It’s was an awesome customer service experience . I honestly love to recommend all the friends and family members to buy a vehicle at Lakeland Hyundai. I never felt any pressure in the buying process and even the sales manager was so nice to me and got me a vehicle and payments where I wanted to be. I would love to buy my next vehicle from them.

I had a problem with a part that should have been covered by warranty but was originally turned down by those in charge of warranty (not from Lakeland Hyundai). Lakeland worked hard on my behalf to make sure the warranty people clearly understood the issue, and the part and work were eventually covered. The people at Lakeland were excellent to deal with and my vehicle and I left there very happy with our experience.

My Hyundai Elantra was having a stalling problem and I took it to them to get it diagnosed. I told them specifically all the symptoms that was happening. 5 days later, they told me that it's the oil pump, that it needed replacement to fix my car. So I went ahead, and after a week, they said it's fixed. Paid and left the dealership. Guess what? It wasn't fixed. Car was still stalling. My bf called for me, to tell them that my car wasn't fixed. We paid $$$$ for NOTHING. The SERVICE MANAGER totally denied it, and was adamant that my car was fixed when they released it. My bf told him many times that it's not fixed and, at least, diagnose it again. We have video recording of my car stalling again after they said they "fixed" it. The Service Manager wasn't open to negotiations, he completely washed his hands of this situation. This service manager was EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT to deal with and has absolutely no customer service skills. I sent a complaint email to them the same day, and the service manager calls right back after reading the email. My boyfriend had to fight for a free diagnosis for a job that they weren't able to do right in the first place. It felt like they did a guessing game on my car to get money from us. The reception ladies at the service department were okay to deal with though. But overall, the experience we had with this dealership and service manager was horrendous. I would not go back to this dealership, and would rather take my business elsewhere.

Very professional in dealing with customers. Accommodating and understanding the situation of customer and making arrangements, is greatly encouraging to visit this location again. I go there to service my car as they are the nearest and it is a 400 plus km from my current place ( northern saskatchewan) and they always make sure that my needs are met and done everything in timely manner so that I can come back to my home as early as possible.

The saying that two big stresses in life happen when purchasing a house or a vehicle. We can wholeheartedly share that dealing with David and his staff is uplifting and fun. We don’t doubt David, he’s there to keep you a customer for life , not just a quick sale then out the door. Due to safety and lack of streets being kept clean of massive snow and ice, driving my car was highly stressful. Knew it was time to get out of a car. We couldn’t be more pleased with our Santa Fe. I actually feel good about our daughter driving it when she gets her drivers license. David and his staff are more like friends. They value you as a customer while keeping your family in mind. This is the second vehicle we have bought from David. It’s his integrity and honesty that always seals the deal for us. Thank you to David and all the staff at Lakeland Hyundai
