★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and pricing. They are warranty protected and fast. No appointment required, drive up to the Bay and they take care of you. They also offer windshield wiper blade replacement and other vehicle fluid replacement for a decent price. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
They had my oil changed and I was on the road in 15 minutes. Highly recommend them.

I find the staff very professional personable and Knowledgeable.....I appreciate the convenience of being able to drive in without an appointment. Seldom have I had to wait any length of time...keep up the good work

And didn't tell us. And wouldn't admit to it, either!!

***Update. Staff arranged for me to speak with Tom on the phone about my concern. We had a good conversation and I am satisfied with the outcome. I won’t get into specifics, but do have positive feedback from my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Great Canadian Oil Change sine they first opened up their Prince Albert, 15th Street location. I have never got less then the best customer service and hospitality. The employees strong knowledge and caring about their customers shines through with every visit.
I came in after a collision where another establishment should have done the work, and the oil filter was left mangled. I came in fully expecting to pay for their services as it was not their error to fix in the first place. They did not charge me for their quick inspection of the problem. They made sure I knew what was the issues, and I left feeling so safe, taken care of and completely blown away with their unmatched customer service! I HIGHLY recommend comin to this establishment . Great Job GCOC!!!
