★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve used Access Tire for years. They’ve always provided me with good service. However this review is for my Apr 14th 2022 visit.
Using my sons suv, and it had totally skinned out tires. I just couldn’t take it any longer and called Access at 3:40pm on Thursday before the long weekend. They had tires in stock and got me slipped in.
I have no idea how many techs were working on it, but it was in and out in 20 minutes.
While waiting, I overheard the staff talk about how they were trying to figure out how they were going to help accommodate someone from out of town. (Remember long weekend starting).
Later, my wife called and was asking about getting tire chains (to drive to Vancouver over the Mountains needs winter tires or chains).
The guy that sold me the tires called me back and asked if he’d sold me “the wrong tires to fit my needs”. I info’d him the tires did meet my needs and thanked him for the call.
Now that’s what I call “service”. And customer care.
