Honestly, Mike and Robert at the Prince Albert Drive Nation totally rock. They were patient, understanding, they heard us out on our reasons for having many hurdles in the process of buying a vehicle-and they SYMPATHIZED. They worked at it for us, going as far as doing up documents for us we didnt know how to come up with, they put in the work and gave us a call about a week after having promised us they'd find us what we wanted, even though it seemed unlikely coming from recovering our financial hardships so quick, they even left town to find us a better deal, and they really did find us exactly what we wanted. Nothing short of it. They gave us options, strategized financing options, and when we said we wanted better they literally came back with the best result possible in our circumstances. 100% am going back there for our next purchase for a truck. 100% recommended Prince Albert's Drive Nation location, and we did look around, we met with tnt auto AND mann northway and they just made us jump through hoops and still couldn't give us their time or reply to direct questions. Customer service at Drive Nation is genuine and they even provided cold drinks each visit, communicated thoroughly and explained things in depth to us as we are new to buying a vehicle. If you dont see what you want there, LET THEM KNOW AND THEYLL GO FIND IT. They were totally putting work into it for us and didnt just slip our requests under a stack of papers and leave us hanging all because we were specific. Thanks again

I got my first car at Drive Nation. I worked with a guy named Victor, he was very reasonable and patient, I wasn't sure about getting a vehicle but after talking to drive Nation and employees I felt like I made the Right decision. I would recommend for anyone that considers Drive Nation as an option.

Customer service was great when I bought my car. Customer service afterwards? Awful. I have been trying to make a service appointment for THREE weeks now under the 3,000 KM warranty and have heard nothing back. Starting to think they're delaying it purposefully until my warranty is up...

This was easily the smoothest vehicle- buying experience I've ever had. The team at DriveNation Prince Albert have exceptional customer service and took very good care of me throughout the whole process. Robert and Mike made sure to walk me through every last detail and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Buying a new car can be a very overwhelming and nerve wracking process, but the DriveNation team made things very easy and stress- free. I would absolutely trust them again for any future vehicle maintenance/ purchasing.

I wouldn't purchase a car from these guys ever again even if I was paid to. Sales staff was super rude. I was flat out told to my face I couldn't afford a car I picked with out without any legitimate checking of my credit or downpayment. The sales person simply looked at me and insinuated I couldn't afford it. The sales staff member legitimately laughed at me for picking a luxury SUV how unprofessional that was I can't even comprehend. Even though I had 20% down in my pocket. (I came back the next day against my better judgement and bought the SUV anyway from a different sales person he was very nice) Then the manager at the time apparently lost the proof of the work I had requested when I purchased the car from them. A very simple fix with a window regulator had three seprate visits and the manager couldn't produce any invoices or paperwork indicating what was actually changed or replaced to rectify the problem. After the third attempt at them having kaltire do the repairs/no proof of said repairs were ever produced. Kaltire damaged the wood panels of the door doing the job incorrectly so many times Aswell. I had a mechanic at gm order the part and replace it. He felt they just cleaned the part each visit and thus there was no invoice showing part actually being replaced. Moral of this is if their willing to lie about somthing so small and cheap to fix what else are they hiding from their customers. An the fact that the first sales men judged me rather then just checked my credit and down payment really poor move an look for the company. Absolutely horrible experience wouldn't send my worst enemy to this car lot....

Very friendly service! Very thorough with explanations and were able to answer questions with ease to educate me and help me understand exactly what I was signing for and agreeing to. The process was fast, smooth and they weren’t pushy in any way like some dealerships. They did everything in their power bc to give me the best deal possible :)
