★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just took possession of my beautiful white subaru legacy! would like to thank the staff of northgate automotive !! i called them on a monday and by wednesday they found me the exact car i wanted and color! financing was fast and very easy with a professional sales team to help me. nothing but good things to say about northgate automotive. thank you for making buying my car such a nice experience. ill for sure be dealing with northgate again in the future. thanks again !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very recent, and terrible experience with Northgate Automotive.
I bought a car from here only 5 weeks ago, and since then I have had nothing but problems. Within two weeks my engine light went off and has been on ever since, the entire weatherstripping on my passenger door fell off, and my "transmission malfunction service now" sensor went off the first time I tried highway driving.
I immediately texted and called the person I was in contact with throughout the sale, only to get ignored. I left a message asking to get back to me ASAP as I did not know if my car was even drivable. I also tried calling multiple times from different numbers and still did not hear back even after a week.
I am extremely disappointed not only with my car, but also with the after-sale service from this dealership.
I would not recommend buying from here nor would I do business with them again.

The manager/owner assured me he could help me get into a newer vehicle. He asked me what kind of vehicle I was interested in and how much I could afford for payments. He worked his magic and I am now driving the vehicle I have been wanting for a long time and got me credit with payments I can easily afford. He consistently communicated with me so that he could ensure I was satisfied with everything. He worked hard to find me the vehicle I was completely satisfied with. Him and his staff went to pick up the vehicle and did a thorough check over before committing to the purchase. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through Northgate Auto!

Absolutely amazing customer service. You just don't usually see that level of help in businesses any more. I will recommend Northgate Auto to everyone I know.
