About Lakeland Dental Clinic
Lakeland Dental Clinic is happy to provide the convenient option of direct billing, to most insurance companies, to save you from paying the total cost upfront. We encourage you to become familiar with your dental insurance policy as our relationship, as dental care providers, is with you.
If your insurance company is one that we are not able to direct bill, we will submit your claim electronically as a courtesy to you, however you will be responsible for full payment at the time of your appointment and your insurance company will reimburse you, typically within 3-5 business days.
Lakeland Dental Clinic has a 24 hour Cancellation Policy, so please remember to let us know if you need to alter your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Patel was very unprofessional when I voiced concerns that I had been overcharged for my appointment. Dr. Patel was very defensive and reprimanded me for asking questions.
Christy, at the front desk, was also very unprofessional when issuing my refund. She had difficulty explaining the charges to me, and proceeded to throw my receipt at me. Christy was having difficulty printing my receipt. Instead of focusing on the task at hand, Christy chose to have a conversation with a client on the phone- instead of accepting the other receptionists offer to answer the call.

And that’s coming from someone who isn’t a huge fan of going to the dentist lol! The dentist was so gentle and does an amazing job! Staff was so welcoming and comforting! Overall amazing dentistry and would recommend for all ages!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Patel was wonderful back in May when my son had some, what I thought was emergent, care needed. He was able to see him right away and assured us everything was good. He was gentle and thorough. Very pleased with his bedside manner and knowledge. Earlier this July Dr. Patel conducted cleanings and check-ups on both my children, he was kind and compassionate towards the littles. He explained the importance of teeth care and took time to thoroughly teach my children how to floss and brush properly. Very wonderful dentist. A great asset and addition to Vermilion!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and care I have received from Dr. Patel and his efficient and friendly staff in the past 1 and 1/2
years has been exemplary!
He has been able to take care of my needs as far as fillings, composite veneers, referral to a specialist when needed for a root canal repair and to a denturist when needed.
He and all his staff really listen to you and hear you. They explained everything to me and answered my every question, and I had many.
I highly recommend this local dentist! No need to go any further than Vermilion.

Within 20 minutes my tooth was fixed and as good as new. They were able to access my insurance provider and process the claim instantly. Thank you to Dr. Patel and his staff.
