At 5:30 AM, expecting a voice recording we contacted,Creech’s Lakeland in Vermilion,the phone was answered by a real person Alva!
From that first contact,Karen Selte,Funeral Director, was our mentor,educator,professional,at all times,in person,on phone and texting and e mail.
The personalized service our family and friends received was exceptional,when one is shocked by sudden death,grieving,the personnal at Creech’s in Vermilion were a beacon of light in our hours of need.

It was extremely comforting to be able to make 1 quick phone call and have everything taken care of. Kim was great at giving us options and looking after all the details. They managed to work around some challenging situations and provided comfort and understanding to the family.
