β β β β β The clinic is decent, clean, but the walls need to be repainted/repaired and the flooring needs to be improved. Waiting is normal in every clinic, however my main concern is their lack of handicap door opener or automatic door opener. Having an adult client who's on a wheelchair, it is difficult to push the wheelchair in/out the door without a third person to hold the door. Also, the entrance have an almost 2-inch of perpendicular hump (not curve) which really needs an extra push & care to ensure that we don't hit the reception table once we get through. I would recommend for those with adults on wheelchairs to go on a bigger clinic, as this clinic have a tight space that makes it challenging to maneuver the wheelchair, even those with big baby strollers. Although we appreciate the receptionist for holding the door for us. Jerry, in the pharmacy is very accomodating as well.

β β β β β This clinic is definitely not just any clinic. From the receptionist to the pharmacist and Doctors in there -they all care about you and want to help you in whatever you need. The receptionist have answers to my thousand questions without hesitating and continues professionally to be kind and nice. The pharmacist is friendly and remembers who you are and is always there to answer questions when you ask. Doctors are also very caring and listen to you when youβre in distress about your problems. All in all, this clinic has been there for me throughout the years and I will continue to go to them!

β β β β β They claim to be a walk in clinic, but when I walked in today (Friday), I was told that I can see a doctor only Monday. Monday I can see my family doctor, not go to walk in. Whatβs the purpose of claiming to be a walk in clinic if you are not accepting walk ins?
P.S. Replying to your response. I visited you at 1:40pm. Yes, your hours are until 4pm. There was NOT A SINGLE person in the waiting room, and looks like the doctor was just not even at the clinic. No, I donβt think that itβs acceptable to stop taking walk-in patients more than 2 hours before you close, and I donβt think that this is an acceptable way of you to response to my fair comment. I will be sending an official complaint against your business conduct and how you talk to your patients.
Luckily I was able to visit a better walk in clinic at University&King where they know how to appreciate your patients

β β β β β Great clinic with supportive and friendly doctors and staff. Appointments are easy to book. For regular appointments or appointments over phone during pandemic, the doctor has always been very helpful, informative, and patient. The clinic is also well equipped, clean, and well organized.

β β β β β The NICEST clinic. I rarely have good experiences at walk-in clinics, but that is the farthest thing from the truth for this one here. The receptionist is so kind and patient unlike many of the other clinics that I've been to and the doctors here are great.
It's super clean, quiet, and fast - love the service here!
