★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the quality of workmanship and materials used to complete the job. 5 inch seamless eavestroughs with gutter covers . I now have peace of mind knowing Ithe gutters are covered from leaves falling down off the surrounding trees. The job was completed in half a day in 33 degree heat . I tip my hat off to Jimmy Al and Mickey you guys are the best. THANKS to Lake of Bays my eavestroughs are now up to 2020 standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met James, owner of Lake of Bays Eavestrough and Siding, at a local store in Huntsville, and he noticed that we had purchased an item that turned out to be too large for our vehicle. He generously offered his assistance to load and drive it to our residence in Baysville. James was very pleasant and professional and by coincidence, we need him for a roof inspection to help us solve a problem. We look forward to working with him in the near future. Thank you James

I was very impressed with everyone on site, they got here early and went to work quickly. Everyone on site was involved and there was no standing around waiting. I felt as though our money was working the entire time. Very well done and I would recommend them to anyone looking for exterior work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted LOBES in November of 2021 to request a quote for the replacement of my siding and to add some ventilation to my attic. James and his assistant arrived on December 1 and spent a lot of time reviewing what was required and taking measurements of the house. He was very friendly and even had his colleague assist me by accessing my roof and bypassing a switch I had installed for my de-icing cable that wasn’t working properly. He left with the promise that I would have a quote in my hands within 7-10 days. On Dec 9 I called them to see if the quote was done and I was told that Jim was behind on the preparation of quotes and it would be sent out ASAP. I waited patiently and on January 3 I followed up with an email to see if they had made any progress on the quote. They responded the following day indicating they would look into it and get back to me. Today is January 25 and no quote has been received. I fully respect a business right to choose what jobs they take on, but if they didn’t want to do the work on my house it would have been much more professional and responsible to simply inform me of that decision rather than keep making promises they had no intention of fulfilling. I really appreciate the assistance they gave me, but I am very disappointed in the way I was treated over time. Luckily I have made other arrangements and the work will be done by another company.
