He provides amazing pricing and his follow through and completion is by far the best I've ever worked with. I would absolutely highly recommend his services to anyone. If you don't use Dave you're not getting the best.

He has installed toilets for me and put in flooring He has done other odd jobs as well like installed vents and even a mailbox. He recommends other people who he knows who are excellent workers. Dave gives you honest advice and doesn't tell you that you need something to be done when it isn't required or worth it, which shows a high degree of honesty and integrity. I have not met anyone quite like him before. Highly recommended and you won't be disappointed.

He had to come over multiple times to mud and sand, very prefessional. His work is excellent, great quality and very affordable. Thanks Dave!

I found Long Run Renovations when I was researching local contractors. Their reviews were good and trust me they did not disappoint. I called Dave and he came later the same day to do an estimate. He was friendly and professional in his approach as he checked and walked through job with us. We were comfortable with his fair estimate and honesty that we could put trust in him to do job. Within 2 days a spot opened up in his schedule and he and Josh were here. So pleased with this commitment. Josh did wonderful job of putting on storm door. It opens and closes so smooth with no draft. We can finally have front inner door open with screen on storm door for ventilation!! And Dave got garage man door replaced and closing and locking properly so we are comfortable it is much more secure. We cannot thank them enough. Everything about the process from the initial estimate to job completion was professional, friendly, focused on quality, all questions answered thoroughly, cleaned up work area very well. We would definitely recommend to others.

We found Long Run Renovations on Google and they were very responsive and addressed all our concerns right away. You never know what you're gonna get, moving to a new city but Dave & Josh were very professional and kind. They braved our crazy dog and took orders from our 2 year old, who loved helping and feeling included. Very prompt and detailed from when we received the estimate to renovation completion. The quality of work and good value was unmatched. We most definitely will hire this company again. I actually look forward to it. The overall experience was a pleasure.
