★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My children went to this camp over 15 years ago. Regret sending them there. Bullying behaviour was condoned by staff and camp owner and at times counsellors participated in bullying. Children of the owners friends were allowed to engage in bullying behaviour without consequences. Cliques of parents were permitted to influence camp policy. If owners are the same and you care about your child’s well being do NOT send your kids to new moon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camp New Moon is an amazing experience for kids to spend their summers outdoors having fun with friends new and old. I went there for 7yrs four decades ago (ugh!) and my daughter is there again this summer. The camp is run by the Goodman family, who for 3 generations now have been passionate about creating a fun, caring, inclusive environment for all who go there. The facilities (water skiing, canoes, sailing, arts) are all well maintained, and this year the camp really showed how professional they are with their careful handling of Covid-19 during the drop off process and clear communications to parents. It's not a cheap camp, but honestly I've never regretted a penny of it because I know from my own experience that these are summers my daughter will remember for the rest of her life, as I do. Thanks New Moon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been here but kayak past here lots in the summers. There always seems like there is lots going on and people sound like they are having a blast. They do lots by and on the water. Looks to me like a great place to go to camp and lots of learning socially.
