We worked with Laird’s for our railing as a supplier through our home builder, and there was an error in terms of the style we selected when it was installed. Laird’s was very responsive to resolve the situation by offering to fix the style to the one we selected. However, because that would cause delays on our house closing, we couldn’t afford the time to have the railings changed. Laird’s was quick in giving us credit for the mistake. Although the railing style for our home was not the style we were expecting, we can see that the craftsmanship is outstanding and great quality. The way Laird’s resolves concerns for their clients makes me feel confident to use them for all of my future home projects.
