I ended up needing parts and they had them in stock and onboard the service truck, and another time I had to replace my boiler. They were able to source it and show up early the next morning for the replacement. Top notch service.

The old half-lead pipes, reversed original install, and mess of old plumbing (leftovers from a water softener and humidifier) gave him a really rough time and didn't take well to being worked on, but Jacob came back and got it done even though it took much longer than a usual job and a LOT more effort! Thanks to Jacob, I have hot water, no leaks, current plumbing, and the plumbing is WAY cleaner and simpler than before he showed up! Much respect to RMP and Jacob, who committed to do the job, and completed it properly - no matter what it took!

Repair person was early, and I received a call and a text that he was on the way (so rare nowadays compared to waiting in a 4 hour slot to see if someone even shows up), then he called to let me know exactly what the fix would be. I would definitely use this company again.

Jeff and his team did a great job installing the tankless heater. After the installation I have a minor issue and they were quick to come back and fixed. Great people great company. Highly recommend

They are hard to find and generally on backorder. Was planning on ordering before it became urgent. Well wouldn't you know, my hot water tank had other plans and started leaking today. Rocky Mountain was able to find my specific tank IN STOCK and had it shipped to my house within 4 hours. I am doing the install myself, however they still took the time to ship it, move it into the house instead of just leaving it on the driveway and give me some install pointers. The cost was also 25% cheaper than anywhere else too. in summary, they went above and beyond for me today & was meaningfully cheaper, even though I was just ordering a part. Thanks Rocky Mountain Plumbing!

Came across this company by reading reviews of other customers. They whole process was very smooth and they were able to get our hot water tank in within days. The plumbers that did the installation were very friendly and knowledgeable.

But the bigger issue was that the connector itself was extremely tight and would not rotate/loosen for us to be able to replace the faulty hose with a new hose. Jeff himself struggled for quite some time and his consistent effort paid off in the end. At the end, a job well done without breaking anything. I would definitely recommend Jeff and this company.

Came home from vacation to a hot water heater not working. On a Sunday. Texted their after hours number and got a quick call back from Ben. We both thought it was a minor issue I could address myself, and he walked me through the steps for no charge. Ben built trust with me quickly and I just got a good vibe from their shop so I figured I’d still have someone out to inspect just in case. Good thing too as it turns out tank was done. Jeff and mark, who came out to do the inspection, did a band aid fix to get me through the day with hot water and had me booked in for the next day to swap out to a new unit. I was so happy with Jeff and Mark I just kept adding other things to the list. I probably had them do 6 other items and I asked for quotes on 5 more. We had done a fairly extensive renovation and there were other items on the to do list i was happy to give to them. Their rates are fair and their service is amazing. Highly recommend. ////////// (They sent out another fellow who did gas line work, and I can’t remember his name as he was so quick at what he does, who also deserves praise)
