We had our annual furnace and air-conditioning equipment service done yesterday. I am always interested in the process and trying to understand the state of our equipment in our older house. I usually try to find a balance between giving the service folks their space to work and looking in to know where things are at. Yesterday Habte was out to our place and I can’t say enough about the quality of is work, and the way he took the time to explain the various findings and readings of the tests he was doing. It was a pleasure to watch him work. It was very clear that he is a craftsman at his trade – highly skilled, great attention to detail, and taking the steps ensure the job is done the right way. I clearly got the impression he was looking after our equipment like it was his own and that is a rare thing to see these days.Thanks Arpis for having such great people to keep our home HVAC equipment in good stead. From the time the reception picks up the phone, until the job is complete, you are all outstanding to deal with and provide outstanding service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone I have encountered at Arpi's has been very helpful, informative and pleasant to deal with. I feel that their advice is solid and, unlike some other HVAC resellers, they did not try to sell me equipment that I don't need or scare me into prematurely replacing my existing equipment. Everyone from the receptionist, project manager, parts specialist and installers have been great to deal with. Also, importantly, as they are a large dealer with a significant warehouse, they actually have the equipment and parts I needed which is significant at this time given the prevailing supply chain issues. In addition, their prices appear to be fair. The installers arrived on time and worked very hard and got the install done despite the somewhat difficult conditions and the fact that they had to work 4 hours overtime to complete the job on the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother hired Arpi's to have our new air conditioning unit installed on April 29th. Alex and Spencer were the two who did the installation and she had nothing but good things to say about them. From their being on-time to how professional they were, she said it was clear they took their jobs seriously and genuinely cared about the service they provided to her. They went into detail about how to maintain the unit and patiently showed her all the integral things she needed to know, while answering all and any questions they could. She sincerely appreciated how efficient they were and how they really put time into installation and set up. She'd more than happily recommend Arpi's to someone else. John, the project manager, was also a great help in getting everything set up and executed smoothly - with an excellent turnaround time of only a few days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Within 20 hrs of noticing a leak in our hot water tank and making a phone call, Arpi's had installed a new tank. The entire process was handled extremely efficiently. Every step along the way was dealt with expertly and in a very friendly fashion from Linda, the phone receptionist, to Geoff the work dispatcher, to Brandon & Matthew, two very friendly and likeable young men who went about the job of installing the new hot water tank in a very professional manner. They worked quickly, quietly and cleanly and then educated us on how to maintain the new tank. Overall, a very positive and rewarding experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of days ago, we had a Technician come to our home to inspect our 2 furnaces. His name was Jacob Serrano. He was very friendly, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He performed his duty in a clean and efficient manner. He shared his findings in a language we as non techs could actually understand and he even took the time to provide us with some useful tips and tricks to ensure our furnaces run efficiently and last a long time. He was very respectful from the moment he walked into our home by taking off his shoes and left without leaving any mess behind. I'm not 100% sure what was included in the visit we hired him for, but I'm certain he took the extra time and effort to make sure nothing was left unchecked. This is a man that takes real pride in his work and is very good at what he does. We as customers felt like our equipment and home was his #1 priority. We highly recommend Jacob and Arpi's Industries Inc. for any in home services you may require.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From requesting services online to service of furnace, my experience with Apri's was excellent customer service, particularly our serviceman Jacob. Booking our service was easy and they were able to get me in earlier than originally booked. Jacob was amazing, he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He showed me issues and how to monitor and manage some minor problems. He was helpful and engaged to ensuring the problems were addressed efficiently and effectively both from a cost perspective and followed up when required. I feel much better about home maintenance regarding our furnace! Arpi's also has a BBB rating of A+. We will definitely continue with Arpi's services! I have booked Duct cleaning too :)

Kirk did a wonderful job on the quote - called ahead, let me know if he was delayed, really listened to my needs and provided a fit for purpose recommendation that didn't break the bank, send documents when he said he would. The installers - Will and Alex came even though there was some snow and called ahead to let me know they were going to be a bit late. They worked through lunch and ensured the house was protected from mud/snow and overall were just very kind and respectful on my home. Would 100% recommend Arpi's to a friend or family member. Thank you Kirk, Will and Alex for helping me feel comfortable and informed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arpis supplied and installed all the plumbing, heating and A/C in our house when we built with Cedarglen Homes several years ago. We moved in during a heatwave and despite Arpis signing off on everything, our A/C didn't work for the first week because they mis-wired it. Not a huge deal but my 7 month pregnancy wife wasn't amused at the time.
Within a year our furnace started leaking rusty water all over the floor. When Arpis came out they charged us, and blamed us for not booking the complimentary (not mentioned) 3 month after-care service call which would have caught the issue earlier.
Since then we have had several problems with our furnace (replacing rusted and water damaged parts replaced) and hot water tank, issues with uneven heat throughout our house (including some rooms with no vents), and frequent loss of hot water.
We have recently had to replace our hot water tank (didn't go with Arpis) because the original air intake was installed too close to the fence and so the snow gets sucked up in winter, blocks it, and puts a strain on the blower and switch. They should last 8-10 years, this one lasted 4 because of "installation negligence" as described by the installer.
We also have several loose wires hanging from our furnace that to do this day, nobody seems to know what they do or where they go.
Overall a disappointing experience, particularly the lack of empathy and after-care which I found appalling.

They were professional and punctual, and walked us through the process and gave us a run through all of the equipment and thermostat settings for this complex system. Ross and crew were amazing and did a super clean install!
