B	Budd Trottier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a lower rating I would, bought a used quad from them and the buying experience was horrible, repeatedly the owner would walk away leaving me in awe. Upon paying for the quad it took them close to an hour to get the quad ready and give me my paperwork. The quad I was assured that it was fully gone through mechanically, serviced and included a six month warranty...when I finally received the paperwork it was a piece of scratch paper listing a few defects and had nothing stating the service or that the engine was gone thru. Later I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and took the quad home. I was super excited to have my new quad but after my first ride which was about 30-40km I noticed the bike was making alot of engine chatter. I took it upon myself to remove the valve covers and seen that the cam chain slides were worn right through, the cam chains maxed and the brake pads were down to steel. Immediately I called the owner which he then claimed it was a used quad what did I expect. After a heated exchange he agreed to honor the warranty that was included with the bike but I had to drive back to the dealer. About two weeks later I received a call, it was the owner stating that he refused to fix it cuz it was a used bike. Finally we agreed to a refund and he would buy it back which was nice but still frustrating. The dealer took 4 weeks to send my cheque, upon me calling to ask the payroll lady replied she forgot about it for 3 weeks...I will never set foot in this dealership again. Due to frustration I ended up buying a brand new quad from ravens in fort mcmurray and couldn't be happier.

I pointed out to the salesman that it was pretty dirty around where the shotgun breaks but he quickly changed the subject. I didn't realize at the time but I should have check the rifle further. When I got home I looked down the barrel and noticed lots of powder residue, so it was clearly fired. In retrospect, I should have checked but they should not be selling dirty used firearms and charging full price for them. I will absolutely not be shopping here again.

To be left with a sled that doesn’t run. They just returned it to us last month!! Told us to get it out of their shop?? Like wow... Disgusted by the gull of the owner Albert. He’s mechanics couldn’t even change a light bulb on my truck(told me it was the wiring harness). Went out on one trip down there in the winter. Was pretty obvious to me then why my sled wasn’t fixed when they can’t change a light bulb...

Had to then take it into Edmonton to Supreme marine and have it fixed right for another sum of money. My boat now runs like a top and it only took them 1 day to do it.

I asked him why he was following me around he said he wasn't and that he was counting lead or some excuse like that. I then approached the manager and he told me that his employees don't do that and made all kinds of excuses saying that I was going to ruin his business. He got totally angry at me and called me racist then told me to get out and never come back again. He was very disrespectful and he should be boycotted.
