★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful clear mountain lake bordering Jasper Park Lodge and their golf course. Nice easy walk or bike around the lake, be careful of tree roots though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lake is spectacular! A pro tip: come during the shoulder season (early-mid May) in order to capture the views while the resort is quiet. This lake is a part of a larger resort and golf course, so you can imagine that in the summer the place is teeming with vacationing families. In May however, there were but a few individuals taking in the scenery, allowing us to stroll around the lake in peace and quiet. Stopping where we wanted to. An additional tip: this lake and Lake Annette are two of the first lakes to melt as the seasons transition in the area. So if in Banff, definitely shoot up here for a day.
