After chasing this retailer for months, and being run around, we asked for our money back and continued to shop. When we walked into La-Z-Boy Markham, we were greeted by Steve Kalli. Steve was not only welcoming, and knowledgeable, he was also honest and a pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond to help us. We ended up buying 2 sofas and walked out with a smile on our face. Steve kept in touch and updated us regularly. We couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase. Steve was amazing and we thank him for everything he has done to help us.

I needed help and guidance on selection, inventory availability and delivery and Steve was there every step of the way. I suffered a catastrophic fire at my home and his advice, patience and support were so vital. He also suggested that I use their complimentary in-house design services, which I did. A great decision, as I worked with Lexie Zhang on visualization of potential pieces and on furniture placement in my empty home. Gave me peace of mind that i made good selections in the 2 rooms I furnished with La-Z-Boy items. And when I changed my mind after purchase, it was really easy to make that change - kudos to store management as well for making that simple and pain-free. I can't wait to use my new furniture once my house is rebuilt. I have a back issue and La-Z-Boy was the most comfortable (soft yet supportive) of all that I tested. I highly recommend Steve and Lexie, and the Markham La-Z-Boy location.

Steve suggested I work with the designer, Lexie as well to bring together function and form for this room. He arranged for a designer to come to our home to help us find the best fit for our room. Using the program to see your room on a big screen in store was awesome. Top notch customer service! He always responded to our emails even when he wasn't working. He also arranged for another Associate ,Lexie, to help us if he wasn't available. He immediately rectified an issue that we had with our couch and made sure we were fairly treated. Lazy Boy is an incredible company especially during these COVID times. Customer service at it's best! Thank you.

I just wasn’t sure if it would fit in my space. I met the La Z Boy staff, Steve Kalli, who took the time to explain everything to me. He responded quickly to my calls and my emails. Steve Kalli gave me with all the information regarding the table and the other furniture I was interested in buying and helped me to make an informed decision. I ended up buying the table and the transaction was done really quickly! If you ever walk into the Markham La Z Boy location, I suggest you talk to Steve. He wont disappoint you - I promise!! Wanted to purchase a reclining chair and stopped in for the first time ever to take a look. He did such a good job from start to finish that I left having purchased what I went out to find. I really appreciated his approach. Friendly welcome from a distance….some initial information was exchanged and he pointed us in the right direction but then left us to wander. Attentive but not pushy…available but gave us space to ourselves. They have so many options to choose from that patience is required all the way around and he had plenty of it. I highly recommend dealing with Steve!

We were thinking that we’d go check out La-Z-Boy to get some ideas / inspiration. We were not planning to purchase anything. However, when we got to the store we were greeted by Steve Kalli who provided us with excellent service. He showed us some options and then told us that the designer Lexie could build our space in a 3D model so that we could get an idea of layout and how things would look. They were both very friendly, took their time with us and did not pressure us to buy. We ended up purchasing 2 couches, 2 accent chairs and a coffee table! Amazing service and would highly recommend.
