★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very late Mar, 2022. Has been here every few weeks. There are some items that I favour more. A the same time, there are 2 supermarkets serving East Asian in the vicinity. They complement the others and make a shopping experience, plentiful and wonderful. The clients are decent too. ✌️
The Bayview store north of Steeles has been a frequent place when living in North York. The environment is quaint next to the rail but busy traffic for decades. Building and deco is kind of antique look that I appreciate forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Longo’s location I’ve ever been to. Avoid it at all cost. They have been having such bad customer service for so long and do nothing about it. The old Italian man at the pizza area is extremely rude and seems to be racist. He shouts and yells and does not help customers out. He’s extremely rude I don’t know why he’s still allowed to work their. There’s an Italian lady in the meat department who is also extremely rude and seems to be racist as well. I wanted to order some lunch meat and she’s their talking on her sell phone very loud on the job like she owns the place and is not helping anyone. Customers have been complaining about the staff here for awhile and it seems like this location does not care how the staff treat the customers. I had the worst experience shopping their and never want to go back to that location due to how badly I was treated but the two old Italian staff. If you don’t like your job and and don’t like working their quit. Customers come there to spend their money and support your grocery store. We should never feel disrespected and be treated badly by staff anywhere. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE OLD ITALIAN MAN BY THE PIZZA AREA AND THE OLD ITALIAN WOMEN IN THE MEAT DEPARTMENT. The store manager or owner always replies back to these comment and apologize but never does anything to improve customer service or racist/rude staff. Do not go to the HWY 7 LONGO’S. Drive and go to the box grove location the staff their are way nicer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love coming to Longo's in this location. Although it is not a big store, it is very clean, tidy and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Especially like to buy steaks and bakery/cakes in here, always fresh and tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we always buy our meat from Longo's Markham;
but this time we encountered butcher Joe Monk(sp?)
He was busy while we were there and approach us when he was done.
He is very well mannered, soft spoken, know his meat but more importantly, understand our need for a Prime rib.
He showed us his recommendation and upon opening at home,
the roast was dressed, cut, stringed clean and tied.
He even offered suggestions to different herbs and flavouring.
It may not be a weekend but we sure did have a wonderful Longo's roast, many thanks to butcher Joe from Longo's
Joe will be an asset to any meat department cause he's well mannered and soft spoken; is knowledgeable and social enough to recommend different flavors.
When we do return to Longo's, be rest assured Joe will be the one we'll be calling on
Keep up the good work Joe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is selling EXPIRED FOOD. And they charge one item twice. The worse thing is when I came back to the counter not apology, no compensation, no explanation. Plus, their food quality is very low.
AVOID THIS GROCERY IF YOU HAVE CHOICES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice grocery store that has a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Good produce and meat selections too. The store is clean and staff are friendly. Very similar to the quality, prices and service of Whole Foods.
