★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give a negative rating to this place but not an option. Its sad to see the staff disintrested to help the customers or plain and simple greet them. They just look at the faces of people who walk in and even after requesting for help offer less than a mediocre service. Will just take my business else where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i waited in line for 4 minutes while i waited for the 2 girls to finish talking. She started taking another lady's clothing. So i told her those werent mine and she actually rolled her eyes. Hmm. Someone needs to have a talk with their staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definetly would not shop there again on boxing day or maybe in general. They do not do the sales so you get the most off and will not tell you if you could have gotten another item free because they punched it in differently then how you thought they would. Only realized this when I got home. In my opinion it is worth the drive going to a different location like the one in Willowbrook mall for better customer service or bringing your buisness to another store entirely that treats their customers better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible experience....I visited this location during the first week of March and honestly where do I begin....I have been a customer for about 6 or 7 years and have never been treated so poorly as I was this visit. I asked a staff member a question about something I previously purchasesdas I suspect it was maybe defective, she wasn't sure so went and got the Manager. This "manager" (I later found out her name is Maranda) wasn't helpful with my concerns whatsoever. When asked if I could return a defective bra she ROLLED HER EYES at me and commented that I was probably putting in the dryer. She was SO rude and dissmissive. Every time I tried to speak, she interrupted me and didn't listen AT ALL She single handedly assured that I won't return. Her attitude to the other employees was terrible too....she was rude to them too no surprise. It's a shame, I love your products, but cannot support being treated SO terribly by a holier than thou "manager"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not greeted, didn’t see any employees…was not offered a fitting room or even asked if I needed help. I wanted to get my bra size but there was no one. I helped myself into a fitting room because no one was around to ask. Not sure if there short staffed but it really ruined my experience not being able to get any help, I left with no bras. I used to love coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only La vie en rose my girlfriend goes to and when I went to get some things for her birthday I completely understand why. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. As soon as I walked in one came up to me and helped me. The store was clean and for the amount of customers in there at the time they were on top of everything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to this location for the selection & prices, not the customer service because it is usually limited at best. Today when I went in there
were at least 4 people working, I know this because they were all standing together chatting while one of them was sitting on a stool putting underwear in the drawers. I was not greeted, I was not offered assistance even when I had to squeeze past these employees to look at bras. I was looking for a specific size that I couldn't find in a lot of styles. I got my own fitting room, tried things, went and got other things to try, never once being spoken to by an employee. The only person I spoke to is when I paid, and even then I wasn't asked if I found what I needed. Even more disappointed than usual at the level of service at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I popped in today to look for something for my daughter and ended up buying myself panties and a bunch of bathing suits. I was fortunate to be helped by Miranda who was AMAZING! I have a large chest and can never find tops that fit. She did such a good job of coming up with options. She was very knowledgeable and personable. I will go back to this location because of her. Thanks Miranda!
