★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never felt so disrespected in a store as I have walking into this LaSenza. Sarah Jane spent more time on her phone than bothering to try and help out with a simple question. I get everyone has a bad day, but it’s getting to the point I just avoid shopping at LaSenza if I see that she’s working that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has horrible customer service. I walked in and walked past 3 employees , not one greeted me or even smiled. I managed to get all the way to back of store buy a $10 remix bra was planing on buying more but thought I don’t think I will return. Even at the cash had no smiles or anything just take my cash and send me on my way. I walked out and not once did someone say have a nice day or anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife need some new bras and was getting annoyed that nobody had her size thankfully a young woman in the Barrie store took the time to make sure she was happy and everything fit properly. Thank you unfortunately I couldn't remember her name and the receipt only has a cashier number but you deserve recognition for your excellent customer service.
