Visited today, they offered a new plan when we have agreed on the price and the service we wanted, Kenza (Sale Assistant) printed the agreement and call Fido and then, told us that the service /plan/ promo she has offered doesn't exist with Fido. Since she offered something that doesn't exist we decided not to take it and she said that it was too late because she has already printed the agreement. So she offered something and sell other thing. After we complain, she called Fido in order to cancel what she has done and trying to giving back our previous plan. We waited for over an hour until according to her she did it and everything will be back to normal. However, now I have no service in my phone, no Internet no data. Since it is Saturday night I have to wait until tomorrow to deal with Fido customer service by myself. Human mistakes can happen all the time but why customers should pay for them? So this 1-star review is well deserved.

Visited this location today with my father-in-law to replace a SIM card. Was extremely not impressed with the service that we received, the man working when we arrived was on the phone and then disappeared down the hall to another booth. When he returned he did not greet us we had to greet him, and he wasn't very willing to assist. My father-in-law asked about replacing his SIM card and unlocking the phone because a new PIN had popped up when it broke. The guy working then told us he would sell us a SIM card but because the phone was locked we would have to activate it ourself. I then explained his phone is active everything is fine he just needs a new SIM card because he broke it. Finally after explaining to this man three times what we needed he finally got us a SIM card. When I asked if we could just buy a new phone outright, in a very rude tone he said "we do not sell full price phones here." Because my father-in-law purchased his phone at this specific booth he made the comment " since when this is where I purchased my phone. And I purchased it full price." In a very condescending tone he decided to say we just don't have phones in stock it's right after Christmas obviously. I found his customer service was atrocious. I wouldn't recommend this Booth 2 anybody. You should find staff who actually would like to help, he's in his sixties and doesn't use much technology. If I hadn't been there it would have been an argument for sure. I'm still shocked we got a SIM card today.

Friendly Staff, they now how to offer the best plan through multiple service carrier ! I recommend Bibo !!! He was a true Professional , he save me a lot of time !!! Hooked up my Home internet service and cell phone in a matter of minutes !!!! Recommended if you don't want to shop arround or keep waiting for hours with your carrier to get a new or different plan , save time and money and get it done in less than 30 min with Bibo !!!
