★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magasin spécialisé pour les pointures atypiques (Trèes grand ou très petit). Excellent service. Le choix de modèles est limité, mais je trouve toujours chaussure à mon pied! Les chaussures sont dispendieuses, mais d'excellente qualité.
Specialized store for atypical sizes (very big or very small). Excellent service. The choice of models is limited, but I always find shoe to my feet! The shoes are expensive, but of excellent quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très deçus: le vendeur nous avait promis une garantie à vie sur nos souliers (2 paires, une pour moi et une pour mon mari), au bout de 6 mois nos 2 paires étaient trouées (usage normal). Mais la boutique a refusé de faire marcher la garantie car 'l'usage n'était pas compris par cette garantie'. Résultat: nous avons payé nos souliers plus chers qu'ailleurs et ils ont duré que 6 mois. Et cette fameuse garantie, qu'un piège à clients.
Very disappointed: the seller had promised us a lifetime warranty on our shoes (2 pairs, one for me and one for my husband), after 6 months our 2 pairs were holes (normal use). But the shop refused to run the warranty because 'the use was not included in this warranty'. As a result, we paid more for our shoes than anywhere else and they lasted only 6 months. And this famous guarantee, a trap to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. C'est ma 3e paire de Dunham, ces souliers sont extraordinaires! Pauvre cave qui fait des commentaires négatifs sur la durabilité d'une semelle. Mes semelles sont usées mais le soulier est comme neuf même après presque 3 ans. Mike offre un service personnalisé et courtois!
Excellent service. This is my third pair of Dunham, these shoes are extraordinary! Poor cellar that makes negative comments about the durability of a sole. My soles are worn but the shoe is like new even after almost 3 years. Mike offers a personalized and courteous service!

The first time in my life that I finally have shoes really my size (14W).
I was very well advised (an hour and a half to try and judge) and I will return there as soon as I return to Montreal.
