One gave the advice to order something only and told me that’s it’s no problem to return the item in the shop when I am not satisfied. Have to confirm that it is true. Had to return a trouser because the size was wrong. Love the quality of the clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced and ridiculous that you think you can compete with other major outdoor brands in Canada. I grew up looking at LLbeans cheesy catalogs. I was annoyed at the audacity of the prices in your calgary store. Please remove those 2 show kayaks from your window display. There is nothing outdoor about your store that I couldn't get in a discount store. Your name does not quantify worth or fashion.

Nice staff, too. Can't wait to get these boot into the field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. I've been an LLBean customer for years, buying their products on line and they have always provided excellent service. It is the same at the physical store but now I can try stuff on. It's expensive product but you definitely get what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful store with quality clothing and luggage. I've been shopping at llbean all my life and was nice to see a store recently open in Calgary. Well worth a visit.
We had great customer service during our visit by Rebecca and Mike. I live on the opposite side of the city and they confirmed and held the slippers we needed and also sourced us a particular pair from their Vancouver store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in and not one person said hello, welcome or is this your first time in the store. It was very quiet not busy at all. Did not feel very welcome. Not one person asked if I needed help. It is more pleasant to talk to someone in the USA that works at L L Bean then it was to step foot in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE those store!! I'm from Nova Scotia, but have lived in AB for 14 years. I have visited LL.Bean in Maine, and going into the Calgary location was like visiting a little of home. There was one staff member in particular (wish I knew her name!) Who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It's a bit of a drive from where I live, but I will DEFINITELY be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great outdoorsy clothing store! High quality outdoor clothing with a selection similar to Eddie Bauer, Atmosphere, and Mountain Warehouses. I would say the styles are noticeably more contemporary than those aforementioned shops which is something I like about the clothing designs here. The location is quite new so the interior is still clean and inviting. The prices are pretty high (especially without a sale) but I would say that they’re largely warranted given the quality of the clothing. The sweaters with brushed fabrics are incredibly soft and comfortable. Easy to find parking on most days in this shopping hub. Easy recommendation from me.
