★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aucun service après réparation et en plus ça coûte les yeux de la tête pour la réparation ajustement ?????. Le technicien n'ai pas là , seulement quant il a des réparation. La réceptionniste ne peux m'aider pour une ajustement pour le fil qui sanroule qui ne vais rien fait pour cela alors que je l avais mentionné.
No service after repair and in addition it costs the eyes of the head for the repair adjustment ?????. The technician is not there, only when he has repairs. The receptionist cannot help me with an adjustment for the thread that is not going to do anything about it when I mentioned it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prix eleve . Malgre la covid je suis alle porte ma machine le28 janv le cout etant eleve j ai decide de ne pas la repare soit fin fev env . J ai rappeller il y a env 3 sem pour savoir quand je pourrais recupere ma machine on m a dit env 1 sem j ai recu un appel hier me disant si je voulais chercher ma machine ou s il l envoyant a la scrap ...parce qu il avait vendu ... wow beau service ..... je ne reconnendrait pas dommage j ai 2 autres machines
High price . Despite the covid I went to carry my machine on Jan 28th the cost being high I decided not to fix it either at the end of Feb approx. I called back about 3 weeks ago to find out when I could get my machine back I was told about 1 week ago I received a call yesterday telling me if I wanted to find my machine or if he was sending it to scrap ... because he had sold ... wow nice service ..... I would not recognize damage I have 2 other machines

Nice place, the store does not sell a lot of things compared to the one in Laval. I bought my sewing machine there, I'm very satisfied so far!

Mais on me dit le problème est réglé, que ma machine était mal enfilé… et ce n’est pas le cas. J’ai dû aller ailleurs et on a régler le problème lors d’une courte visite.
I brought in my sewing machine for repair. Unfortunately, I had to go back twice. They took it back for free. But I am told the problem is solved, that my machine was badly threaded... and this is not the case. I had to go elsewhere and we solved the problem during a short visit.
