Quand ils m'ont redonné ma machine, elle était bloquée. J'ai appellé pour leur expliquer ce qui c'est passé et on m'a racrocher au nez en me disant que j'aurais du la faire réparer alors qu'elle fonctionnait. Très mauvais service. Aller ailleurs! I went to carry my sewing machine which was working at the base to get an estimate to repair the zigzag stitch. When they gave me back my machine, it was blocked. I called to explain to them what happened and they hung up on me saying that I should have had it repaired while it was working. Very bad service. Go away!

Près d'une heure de démonstration, pour une personne qui ne cousait plus depuis une dizaine d'années avec une Singer de l'avant dernière génération. Milles mercis pour votre accueil chaleureux et rassurant. Welcoming and professional staff. The owner is a very good teacher. Almost an hour of demonstration, for a person who has not sewed for ten years with a Singer of the penultimate generation. Many thanks for your warm and reassuring welcome.

On a refusé de la huiler. Ont m'a clairement fait savoir que ma machine est pas bonne pour grand chose et que jamais je dois toucher à mes tensions. Pus jamais, je vous recommande pas. Spend his time talking behind the back of the seamstresses and fabric sellers. Exorbitant price. 25 $ to adjust my sewing machine that it has wholesale price max 8min. We refused to oil it. Have made it clear to me that my machine is not good for much and that I never have to touch my tensions. Never again, I do not recommend you.

After a 3 minute call to another I have my part.
