★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I used Kyle as our realtor in the Kamloops/Chase/Sushwap area. We had heard good things about him when we had asked around, and he lived up to the expectations, and exceeded them! Kyle was friendly, understanding, professional, and always accessible no matter what time of day.
We were on a time crunch to find a home, and Kyle was able to show residences, and meet anytime and anywhere we needed, sometimes even in one days notice.
Kyle showed great class and professionalism once our deal was completed, as the previous owners of the home we bought left the residence a mess with a ton of garbage inside it. Kyle personally arranged a private waste collector to attend the home, and collect the garbage left behind.
We would highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking for a realtor for either selling, or buying a home.

It immediately became apparent Kyle has extensive knowledge and experience in his field. He provided some options we didn’t think of and then helped us narrow them down to one that worked best for us.
In the end, Kyle sold our home in a very short time and found us an amazing new home. He used modern technology and great communication combined with his knowledge and experience to make the whole experience smooth.
