Shortly after a few weeks of correspondence we headed up to Kamloops to check out some properties. Never have I been so impressed with a realtor. Whenever we came across a house that had some issues, he always made sure to let us know and always gave us his honest opinion. Before I signed the listing agreement he explained what percentage his fee would be, how he would advertise the property, and we determined what the listing price should be. Nate used a timeline app to keep me u pdated every day as to what was happening, such as the viewings and feedback from prospective buyers. He prepared all the necessary papers for the Agreement to Purchase and helped me in the final purchase price, which was the price I wanted. The time from the signing of the listing agreement to the time the new owners took possession of the property was less than 2 months. In my opinion, Nate's professional attitude in his dealings with me makes him an ideal real estate agent. Richard Reimer

Long story short: he was able to find us our perfect home, in a new city (far from previous home) and do so in less than a week! He was accommodating to our schedule (and it wasn’t that flexible!), and answered all questions (and my god, there were so many!) and most importantly, he never once made us feel as though we were a nuisance to his schedule.
