★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a first time home buyer, Jason made the process very stress free by having all the answers to our questions, responding promptly, and explaining the process as we went though it. He provided good contacts for home inspection, lawyers, etc. and let us decide who we wanted to hire. Good sense of humour and extensive knowledge really helped the process!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Jason was excellent. He responded immediately to any questions I had right from the very first contact all the way to the move i date and beyond. There were some delays with our build however Jason worked with the developer to make things happen so we could get into our unit without any delays.
Overall a VERY good experience with Jason.
I would recommend Jason to anyone especially in this market.
