Amanda provided me with honest detailed information about current market conditions and potential opportunities for my house. After waiting one year I decided to sell my house. She was patient and tenacious in our search. Her and Mike make a fantastic team. They also helped me sell my Mom's townhouse. They gave great advice on how to about it and even recommended a good housekeeping team. Amanda gave a thorough market evaluation, after some discussion I chose the higher end of the prices suggested: the house was sold after 2 days on the market. I am very grateful to have finally found a realtor team that truly have the best interest of my family at heart. They work with honesty and integrity. They truly listen to what you are looking for. There have been times where we have asked them for their expertise and they have been generous with their time and more than willing to help out in any way they could.
