★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought a Big Dog Alpha 42” zero turn mower from KWOutdoor Power Sales Ltd. I used to have a lawn tractor to cut the slopes and a zero turn mower for the rest of the lawn. The Big Dog does it all with ease! This mower cuts evenly and is fast. It takes me half the time to cut my lawn. The service there is excellent too. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

The two people that serve you are the owners and it shows because they TAKE time to actually make you feel confidence about your purchase and respected. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called about what oil they recommend in my hustler zero turn and got some attitude. I could have Google it but why not ask a hustler dealer. Love my hustler but will not do any business with these guys very rude and ignorant on the phone ?
Someone must of bin having a bad day. Got attitude the min they said hello. Im sure I'm not the only one had this experience with kw

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used KW for at least 10 years and was satisfied every time I left there. Front counter staff extremely knowledgeable on parts purchases and inventory for sale.
Mechanical staff is very knowledgeable on not only equipment they sell but a wide range of competitors equipment. I will continue to use them when required without reservation.

Kevin explained the pros and cons of repairing and was very honest. I would highly recommend them and appreciate the high level of service I experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KW has alot of confidence in what there selling you, and rightfully so. I work in research and development and we traveled to several lawnmower dealers. KW was the most knowledgeable of their product and easily explained why dollar for dollar pound for pound Hustler is a no brainer. Our Rapter x is easy on fuel but yet lays the hammer down. The only argument we have is who gets to cut the lawn next, and I hate waiting for my turn.
