She has provided excellent customer service in a very professional way. Vivian is very knowledgeable about the products and makes appropriate suggestions for my needs. She is very caring and kind, even when I showed up unexpectedly to pick up my latest purchases when she was very busy. She didn't make me feel awkward about the situation. Thank you for the great service, even during such challenging times as these. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Jahromi and Olga were so fantastic walking me through step by step in surgery to make me feel comfortable through each part. Vivian is also so helpful in organizing everything for your appointments, for your insurance and just making you feel comfortable through the process. I highly recommend this clinic.

He was very thorough and informative and the staff was helpful and friendly. They run an efficient office! I feel lucky to have found Dr.Jahromi - true expert in vein care. Highly recommended.

This man is a manipulative doctor and I am shocked that his practice is still open and allowed to operate in a country like Canada. Pre surgery Dr. Jahromi was promising at least 95% improvements, he was promising no more compression socks. After $5000 and surgery I experience 0 relief, my veins look worse, they bother me even more, and I have new complications after surgery. He refuses to take any accountability for his actions and at post surgery check up he denies all the things he promised. He just wants your money and could care less about you. I have since gotten a second opinion from another vein clinic which has advised me that the procedure he did was never a solution to my particular problem and I have started a new treatment plan. I don't want anyone to ever be tricked by this "doctor" again. BEWARE!

I know I have not been in your clinic. I was trying to to save the hour drive. The person that answered the phone was so rude, defensive, kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain. I was neither rude and did not raise my voice. I understand that the last two years have been difficult, but you still need to treat people with respect and kindness. All of which I did not receive. Seems like sensitivity training needs to be implemented. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of respect I received. I contacted them over 3 weeks ago, via phone and email. I was treat so rudely, constantly being interrupted, she was defensive when I was trying to find out why it has taken them over 3 weeks. Finally when I could get a word in, I stated that since this is the way you wish to treat people I will just drive an hour to Hamilton where I'm treated with kindness and respect.....

From my initial consult (in Guelph) to the actual procedure in Kitchener, the entire process went so smoothly! The administration staff are kind and attentive. Nurse Olga and Dr. Jahromi work so well together and answered all my questions before, during, and after the procedure. Highly recommend!
