M	Meaghan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give a negative rating if I could. TERRIBLE SERVICE & TERRIBLE FOOD. I ordered 3 meals through skip the dishes and it took so long to arrive. When I got the food, it was missing an entire meal, the second meal was made incorrectly and the third meal was correct (but tasted absolutely disgusting). We phoned the restaurant and they tried to tell me that i never ordered the third meal (although i clearly paid for it and it was on the order history). they continued to make excuses and did not make any effort whatsoever to resolve this...the man was extremely rude on the phone and they didnt even apologize!! this is the WORST customer service i have EVER experienced!!!!! dont order from here!

It was missing the extra piece of fish, the coleslaw side was missing entirely. Ordered a salad with dressing on the side. The salad had an almost disgusting amount of dressing on it. Called to get the issue corrected and was given excuse after excuse. The employee who answered first said the delivery driver had already left so he couldn't do anything. After this he said he gave us extra fries instead of the fish, which is true but wasn't part of the order. He did not offer to do anything to correct the issue until I pressed him to supply us with the correctly prepared meals. It would be a 40 minute round trip to go to the restaurant and would not have it delivered. The employee did not once apologize for the mistake and was very rude and standoffish. No chance we ever order here again.
B	BUTTERFLY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quickly made food, not many toppings to choose from. The customer service was very poor. At a hospital; you think more smiles and being courteous would be expected. Cancer patients need happiness and laughter. Also 4 the portion not worth the cost. ?

The portions were incredibly small for the price - four pieces of small chicken? We both ordered Tzatziki and only got one container, and a small one at that. I'm sorry to say but it was extremely disappointing. I'm going to stick with Omega as the portions are incredible and the prices are amazing. Also note this place is in Grand River Hospital and should not be serving food during a pandemic. I feel disgusting!

I asked for my money back and the employee said no and told me I have to take the Greek poutine instead of what I ordered (regular poutine). The lady was very rude and upset when I spoke to her calmly and so was the manager.

I never thought I would say I hate shawarma but yet I eat their and it was worst I ever tasted. Too salty food, don’t get fool by low prices, they serve very small portions. The girl add just few chunks of shawarma in a shawarma plate. I’m sorry for anyone who is going to eat shawarma food their for first time. Fries was fried in cold oil and they were so oily. I think the owners don’t know basics of food industry. Horrible experience. And being this in hospital makes it even worse. Never going to eat again. Highly not-recommended.
