We found KW Casa Realty on the internet!. It’s really that simple but a review wouldn’t be a review without the proper narrative… So for some context…upon commencing our hunt, my fiance and I were new to the real estate game, definitely inexperienced first time home buyers, and had a different vision for the type of house we wanted. Not to mention, we were both extremely picky and very selective. Any realtor’s dream clients :) Fast forward seven months later and 100 toured homes – we just closed on our ideal home! It wouldn’t have been possible without KW Casa's finest realtors: Andreia, Cristina & Constantin. They maintained there professionalism despite my annoying tendencies. I would harass them at all hours of the day with the new properties I wanted to see and questions we had pertaining to ones we already had seen before. They truly answered all my questions with the competence of seasoned veterans and the patience of Mother Theresa. They learned our style fast and they masterful in steering us toward homes we would like. They gave us freedom to see all the homes that matched our criteria and even some that didn’t, just to give us the perspective we needed. KW Casa Realty made this whole house purchasing process manageable and fun. They were assertive, firm with their advice and guidance, but never pushy, in-your-face like other big shot agents. They gave us lot of hope and in the end we found our dream home that truly fit us. Although there were moments in the process when I didn’t wholeheartedly believe them, but in the end they were right. Today we own a property that exceed our expectation. Any of the wishes we had in the beginning and all the dreams in regards were fulfilled. Thank you again KW Casa's agents!!! We highly recommend them!

They are FRAUD!!! My wife and I were first-time home buyers, corresponded with a real estate agent of KW CASA REALTY INC. Brokerage (63 Courtland Ave. E, Kitchener, N2A 2T6), Andreia Nica Dobrescu, for few months before putting in an offer on a residential property. We there signed an agreement unknowingly that tied us with that agent for three months ahead. But we didn’t realize we would done so as part of the paperwork in making an offer on a residential property. We were not aware of any such obligations. In such, we later thought that it becomes realtor duty as a professional to advise and properly explain all legal implications of documents being signed by us or send us to a legal advisor for independent legal advice. We were not given such opportunity. At all material times, we thought we were just signing the offer to purchase and no other documents. Secondly. she (Andreia Nica Dobrescu) deliberately wanted us to buy the house ("always saying market is crazy now", "house are going in a day, you should take decision quickly" etc.. ). Thirdly, she did not bring any single home to us by herself, until we were asking her to show a property from "Matrix auto search" listing, which made us feeling that she was not dedicated on her work. In addition, she did not give us any information spontaneously until we asked her while we saw a property with her. It seemed she only allured us to buy a house fast and would receive her commission right away.

Andreia Nica was GREAT!!! in helping us in our quest for a house. She was very professional and followed up in a timely matter on every opportunity. She accompanied us on numerous occasions to remote area in the Huntsville area. My husband and I will happily refer KW Casa Realty and Andreia's services to our friends and colleagues.

Andreia helped us to sell our property. She came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared. Every interaction we had with her after that was the same. She proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the staging and photographs, gave me good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house. Andreia helped us to buy my second home in an incredibly daunting seller’s market in Kitchener Waterloo area. If I had to do it again, I’m honestly not sure that I would, given how stressful it was, but I was glad to have Andreia helping us through the year-long process. She has the patience of a saint. If not for his reassurances and gentle nudging, we probably still wouldn’t have a house. Most of the single family homes in my price range were older and had fairly major problems. Working with Andreia exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time home-buyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Andreia was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down to determine what would be a good fit for me. He even recommended a lending agent in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated. Andreia was willing to meet us late in the evening to view our property and put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though we were on a very tight time-frame. This was our first time selling our home, so we were a little hesitant to go with KW Casa Realty over a traditional agency, but the 3% total commission was appealing compared with 5%-6% what the big names like Remax, Keller etc. offered us. Our concern quickly went away since our agent (Andreia Nica) was very responsive and took the time to explain us the selling and the home buying complicated process and scenarios along the way in very great detail. We didn’t know if this was truly part of the entire service coming in, but in the end obviously we were extremely satisfied. We ended up selling and buying our second beautiful home with Andreia too. We highly recommend her!
