K	Kat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the Laval location last night for the “all you can eat” special, what an absolute deception. You aggressively advertise your deals on social media, but clearly cannot keep up. We ordered our food at 7:50pm, the first portion took over 45 min to arrive with literally 3 tbsp of tartare on the plate. We did not get a second serving until 9:30pm. Only after we complained for the second time did the kitchen decide to send out some more orders, however by that time the restaurant was closing so we had to hurry and eat .Horrible experience, ruined what was suppose to be a nice evening. The only positive I have to say is for our server Anais, she was absolutely amazing and we felt sorry she had to deal with this situation. Many people in the restaurant were fed up of waiting and got up and left.

You obviously cannot cater to "all you can eat service" at that rate of preparation. Stop advertising and promoting services which cannot be fulfilled. The only highlight of our visit was the lovely waitress, by the name of Anais. She and the rest of your staff should not be put under that kind of pressure due to the fault of management. Highly disappointing "all you can eat" experience!!
Y	Yacine Ben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst restaurant experience I've ever had in my entire life. Went to Wednesday all you can eat and had 3 tartares while staying there for almost 4hrs. Understaffed, told the waitress to bring water and she forgot twice so I had to get it myself. At our arrival, it took them 30minutes to take our 1st order and an additionnal 30minutes for the 1st tartare to arrive. At the end the waitress tells us there's no more tartare even though I didn't even get my fill. And she had the guts to ask us if it was okay at the end. At least she gave us some free nachos at the end, I'll give her that

The tartares were wet as if they just defreeze them on the spot and the food had zero taste like zero seasoning en plus it was overpriced will never go back again and will tell all my friends and family not to go there!!
T	Tiger Wolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was quiet when we went for lunch but I had a nice experience. Waitress was welcoming. The tartare needed just a bit more seasoning. The shrimp hot dog need something else than the hot dog bread to hold it.

O	Olivier Youkheang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Owner called me and explained the whole situation which I understood so I gave Kuto another chance and went back. This time it really felt like an all you can eat, services came in under 10 mins and I really ate until I couldn't anymore. The waitresses were really kind and even remembered us. First time I went there everything was when they opened and everything was perfect. The tartars were amazing, the waiters were present for us and food arrived quickly. Second time was for the all you can eat and it was a disaster. Food took too much time to come, around 45 mins for 4 oz, we stayed 3 hours there and we were still hungry at the end. I still think the waiters did a good job even though they were really understaffed. I felt they were trying their best in spite of the situation and I appreciate that. At least the tartars tasted good.
