C'était ma première visite à cet endroit, et c'est certain que je n'y retourne plus jamais. Accueil sec et bête à mon arrivée, ma coiffeuse ne portait pas son masque, elle n'a validé avec moi la longueur de la coupe avant de couper mes cheveux et ma frange (qui est beaucoup trop courte à mon goût!!). Douleurs intenses lorsqu'elle passait son peigne dans mes cheveux et lors du brushing, que j'ai dû arrêté au milieu car je n'étais plus capable d'endurer le mal. Ils m'ont tout de même chargé au complet.
Prix exorbitant pour l'expérience souffrante et le résultat insatisfaisant.

It was my first visit to this place, and for sure I will never go back. Dry and stupid welcome on my arrival, my hairdresser was not wearing her mask, she only validated the length of the cut with me before cutting my hair and my bangs (which are much too short for my taste !!). Intense pain when she combed my hair and when brushing, which I had to stop in the middle because I was no longer able to endure the pain. They loaded me all the same.
Exorbitant price for the suffering experience and the unsatisfactory result.

Professional,experienced and lots of all passionate group of people working here. Thank you Luc, Toula and Eric for years of satisfaction. Here’s to many more!!!!! ????
