I was there for a sewing machine course. Staff were very friendly. They also have plenty of sewing, quilting, embroidery and overlock machines as well as accessories. very nice place. Plenty of parking.

Service is poor and price are waaaaay too high. Would not recommand it. Why I give it 2 stars? Because I received the service anyways, but just not like I wanted it. Since you want to know why 2 stars, here are the reasons: I took the sewing class, the pyjama one. I missed a class and there was no way to redo it another time I have been told. It got me behind, I missed another class, I know it's not your fault nor your problem but I ended up with an unfinished pyjama. When I went to fabricville to buy the material I needed, I told them it was for the class. There wad a few items I had to buy that the clerk was soooo surprised that I had to buy that they asked me: are you sure that they don't provide this? They asked me how much I paid for the class they say that maybe I should check other places for a better price. They even told me they offer beginners class for less than half of what you guys charge. So now you know.

I am giving 1 star because I can't give any less. I don't even know where to start. My experience here was the worst one I have ever had in any type of class. Please don't take a beginner sewing class here if you want to enjoy it. This beginner class doesn't even teach you to hand sew! No course outline or proper material list. They don't tell you what you need in advance and make you buy it at their store, which makes the initial price of the course null because you end up paying hundreds of dollars more. It seemed like I had to do most of the learning by myself (learning how to hand sew on Youtube) and didn't even finish my pyjama, the project we worked on. Both the teacher and the manager didn't care that my friend and I were very late compared to the others (because the teacher was focusing on advancing the others and not us), they were condescending and treating me like a child for speaking up about my concerns with the class. They didn't accept my feedback and made me feel very anxious and unsafe. The manager was very intimidating and didn't seem to care about my dissatisfaction with the course, I'm assuming because I already paid her so it didn't really matter. The teacher didn't explain anything in very much detail or clarity and just expected us to KNOW essentials of sewing in a BEGINNER class. For example, the teacher said "If you had a seam ripper, this would be easier for you" when a seam ripper wasn't even on the material list. We didn't get any help at all choosing our materials and, when I made a mistake buying my material, because of lack of my teacher's guidance, she took every opportunity to remind me of how hard it will be to continue my project. This was demoralizing and embarassing for me, when it in fact wasn't even that hard. In the end, my friend and I didn't get to complete our pyjamas, while our 2 classmates were able to finish them and even alter them. Why didn't I get the same service for the same price? I asked very clearly if my friend and I could take some time with a sewing machine to catch up at the beginning of the course, but I was told I had to pay for that time, when the teacher wasn't advancing everyone at the same time, which isn't my fault. I should've finished my project at this school, but was immensely dissapointed and relieved that this class was finally over and I never had to step foot in it again. Please don't take a class with them. I wish I could go back in time and choose a better class for much cheaper and better quality of service.

Magnificent, very welcoming people, kind and professional; honestly, I am little apprehensive when I visit for first time a shop, but it was a really easy to understand the information about each machine, I did feel comfortable formulating all the questions and the answers were clear and consistent, even the service by phone was very kind and efficient, I highly recommend this business.

Fantastic service and great choice! My machine was delivered way up north within three days of purchasing. Gabriel explained everything very well and even gave me some advice about my other industrial machine. I am so glad to have found this wonderful store.
