★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beaucoup de temp perdu pour pas grand chose , aucun conseil d’orientation , et en plus d’harcele au telephone pour avoir de t nouvelle , te demandé de venir au bureau , te faire patienter , pour encore de parler de cv apres 4 mois .
a lot of time wasted for not much, no guidance advice, and in addition to harassing the phone to get news, asking you to come to the office, making you wait, to talk about your resume after 4 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emailed back and fourth with all documents and details required to sign up 3 months before the course was due to start. Came to a couple of days before the start date, only to be told I had not been registered and I could not start the course. the only option was to start the next round of courses which was in another 3 months, not even an apology from them.
