She is excellent, on time, caring, and friendly. She pays attention to details and always lets you check her work with a mirror to make sure she didn't miss any hairs. Vijaya makes you feel comfortable and relaxed when she does the services. She has amazing positive energy. We look forward to coming back again!

The first red flag was when my mom and I were asking about the different jewelry, she couldn't tell us if they were solid gold, 14k gold or gold plated. She was guessing and didn't know. We decided on the titanium earbuds. We made an appointment, applied numbing cream and went for a walk. When we came back baby was sleeping and earlobes were fully numb. The employee marked the ear lobes with a pen and had to erase it a couple times to get it right (no biggy), but when she used the gun to pierce the lobe she missed the mark entirely and it wasn't even close. She then tried to blame us for not taking the baby out of the carseat. The baby was in the carseat fully asleep and her head was turned which gave the employee full access to pierce the ear and if it was going to be an issue she told have told us before piercing her ear WRONG! But instead she blamed us. She did apologize for missing the pen dot. But still very unprofessional. I had to go for a walk because I was quite angry, my mom had her take the jewelry out and we will go somewhere else once it heals. Very bad customer interaction and I do not recommend this place for piercings!

I have very fragile eyebrows since chemotherapy and she was very careful with shaping and tinting the few I have. Nilam shaped them perfectly. Added the tint and was precise with a very steady hand. She checked in with me during the process to makes sure I liked the shape and the color. Thanks for the excellent service Nilam.
