DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE After buying counter tops we also hired their workers to install them in our condo.  The contractors are just incompetent and the guy in charge Tony is an absolute crook. 1.  They measured the counter tops incorrectly so there is a big gap between the it and our bathtub, yet they still managed to break one of our bathroom tiles and instead of admitting their mistake, they glued it back on and said it was like that when they came. 2.  They made an absolute mess in our condo, doing all the cutting in our living room with no covering so our entire condo is literally covered in white powder (not to mention on our balcony) so when it rained, the reside mixed with the rainwater and seeped to the unit below causing us to get in trouble with management 3.  They incompetently blew a fuse via the outlet on our wall during the installation. 4.  They turned off the faucet to the pipes during installation but forgot to turn off the valve, thus leading to a leakage and eventual flooding, causing our laminate floor to erode. 5.  On top of all that, when we called Tony to fix the problem, he never got back to us and ran with the money.

Buyers beware! Don’t do your kitchen with this company. I made my deposit of $5500 and called back with my microwave measurement to be told my sales rep is no longer there and stole my money! It’s impossible for her to steal my money when it was sent through the company. Tony is the biggest crook and lies about everything am now fighting to get my money back. Tony make promises to call you back and never does. He pretends he doesn’t understand what you are saying. Buyers beware!

Very ok. They can't speak English first of all. And one of the weird contractor took a video of my son without permission. So weird and creepy. I don't think I will ask them again

I plan to make an island cabinet, because I have made cabinets in other homes a few years ago, and it is an L-shaped kitchen. It feels very inconvenient to use it for a few years, so I want to add a cabinet to be convenient to use, and finally I found Jiateng cabinets, I negotiated the details with the salesman in the early stage, and then paid the deposit and added a dishwasher and an oven to the cabinet. The salesperson said that the size of these machines can be found out by giving her the model number. The blind spot of the cabinet was changed to a drawer. It turned out that the size was wrong. She also sent me the size of the cabinet. I didn't look at the size. I thought she was very professional, so I agreed with the size. As a result, after I got the cabinet, I made a mistake in the blind spot. It was the same size as the cabinet next door. Originally, the cabinet next to the blind spot should be made smaller. She made it exactly the same, and the size of the oven was also reduced by 6 It's really ugly. I asked her for some cabinet boards. I also wanted to buy three false doors, and the lion said that it would cost 300 to make three false doors. I might as well get another one. The important thing is not to apologize if I did something wrong. The size of the oven and a cabinet made this cabinet look bad. After I paid the deposit in the early stage, it was difficult to communicate with her on WeChat. The old game disappeared, and I called her store. Someone else answered the phone and said that they would call you back in a while, but there was no call. Asking her when she placed the order was always urging her to call back. Are the cabinet companies now so arrogant? Isn't there a platform to regulate them? Please help everyone, and please avoid these Chinese cabinet companies. Do you think it's just her company's store? I had a good communication with her, but she made some mistakes in some details. When I talked to her, it was as if I was not at fault, but you were the fault. I did not package the installation. You installed it yourself and you are responsible for it.

If I could give it minus one stars I would and my biggest regret was not to read the bad reviews before I handed over my money. It seems to me once you hand them your deposit or the payment, customer service is out the door. The measurements of the kitchen cabinet doors was way off leaving a gap and when I asked them why am I paying thousands of dollars to have this quality their response was it is made like that! NO IT IS NOT!!!! As well, the materials promised was not the same as what they installed. I came home to see garbage quality which I could have bought at Ikea and installed them myself. I am literally crying typing this out. I am so ashamed to have even suggested this company to my friends and family prior to installation date. Lesson learned. READ ALL THE REVIEWS not the lousy fake ones here. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST if you value your home. Take care everybody and stay safe.

Eva was very professional, as she offered great advice and tips for a modern kitchen that is functional. Eva was very patient as we made several changes to the kitchen drawings. Good quality product where prices are very fair. Installation was great with attention to detail.
