โ โ โ โ โ We were looking to update our kitchen with new countertops. We recโd reference from our friend and surly I will say Sameer stood tall to this referral. Meeting with Sameer was very polite and professional, he gave us very valuable advises and value quotes. During process of reviewing options he was very prompt in communication over phone and texts. Totally unbeatable prices, loved service experience recd so far! Our project is on pause due to some reasons but just wanted to ensure I share my gratitude where itโs due. Thank you Sameer. I will update/edit my review with additional comments, total service experience in near future as we have not used their fabrication services as of yet.

โ โ โ โ โ These guys did a great job for a great price. They do not try to up sell you on unnecessary upgrades. Their stone cutting was precise. I was very surprised that they were able to get my back splash done in one slab. Most other quotes I got wanted to install in pieces. Very quick turn around too. I was a bit nervous at first, but this process was SUPER EASY. I highly recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Worked with Sameer on 2 kitchen renos with new counter tops. Here is my experience with them:
Job 1- Completed Reno nearly 2 years ago. 1 year in I had major quality issues with a cabinet door paint bubbling and peeling. They fixed it and since then I've had 3 other doors having the same issues. Every time I contact Sameer he is unresponsive and when he gets back to you he has an attitude and says wait 48 hrs for a response. If you follow up after 48 hrs he has an attitude and is rude for following up. This time I contacted him again about yet another paint issue (clearly this is defective) he told me the warranty is 1 year and he can no longer help me.
Job 2- Had 1 of the cabinets built incorrectly minimizing the space. Instead of creating a new cabinet for that section since it was their error, they just cut a make shift hole and called it a day. Cabinets are also flimsy and falling apart being less than 2 years old.
PRICING IS CHEAP, BUT SO IS QUALITY AND SERVICE. I left a review once and Sameer threatened me with legal counsel if I didn't remove the review. This is my experience with Casati stone and having spent easily 25k+ plus between the 2 jobs I would not recommend them. Spend extra $$ but go with a contractor that has a good warranty and uses good quality materials.

โ โ โ โ โ I was looking to change my island and countertop. I fount them on Facebook and contacted them. They were very affordable compare to other companies. I got my counter top and island done almost for a half price cheaper. Quality is very good and professional work. I highly recommend them.. Very happy with my kitchen.. thanks guys

โ โ โ โ โ After months of running around the city checking kitchen renovation places for our old tired kitchen and counter tops, we stumbled on Sameer at Casati Stone by chance, whilst out checking out counter tops.
Not only was Sameer under budget, but he kept his word and the quality of the finished cabinets, countertops and backsplash was first class.
Our Kitchen Reno is finally finished and I can't believe that this gorgeous kitchen is ours.
We can't thank Sameer enough for the outstanding job he and his hard working team did on our kitchen Reno.
Sameer made it easy and was patient and was always available to answer any questions. Most importantly we trusted him.
We are BEYOND thrilled with the final results.
By far the best decision we ever made
We will definitely be confident to recommend Sameer to everyone we know.
