β β β β β Tried the meat borsch, potato and bacon pierogi and the chocolate babka. Everything was so good and some of the proceeds go to the Ukrainian Humanitarian Aid. I will definitely go back to get some more chocolate babka. ?

β β β β β Great dishes, loved the borscht and pork cabbage rolls. Lots of take out food too, will be going back to try more of the menu. Friendly service and the owner is nice.

β β β β β As soon as we walked through the door I found this restaurant/cafe very cozy and authentic!!
The first display case your eyes come across is the freshly baked bread, along with the various drinks and coffee you may enjoy!!
Kozak also sells homemade Borsch, Goulyash, Cabbage Rolls, and Baked treats to go!!
Great place for a quick bite or a cozy sit down meal!!
Loved the experience!!

β β β β β Love their bakery shop. No one can resist their chocolate bread, croissants and almond croissants. I can have them everyday for breakfast. Absolutely friendly staffs too. May Glory and Peace to Ukraine!

β β β β β Came here on a Saturday. We ordered the honey cake and the Napoleon cake both -$ 8.35 a slice. The service was really nice and friendly. The honey cake and Napoleon cake are like nothing else you will get in this city. Both not overly sweet and both very addicting. The Napoleon cake layers were not very crispy but it goes really well with the cream. The honey cake has a very strong honey flavour to it. Not appalling but very strong. The cake itself was really soft. Both slices need to be shared with other people as they are quite large. Would recommend it for others to try.

β β β β β Love the apple strudel here, the pastry is nice and thin! Picked up a few other baked goods to try. I love the packaging: paper bag tied with string, just love the simplicity of it! The server was friendly and asked if it was my first time here, yes it was, and added a sample to my order, sweet! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, I would definitely come back and have coffee and/or a meal here. Great addition to this mainly Asian neighborhood (I am Asian and love diversity).
Came back for a sit down meal and added some photos.

β β β β β I finally got to try this place and it was amazing! I got a almond milk latte, the hungry combo and an apricot dessert. Everyone was very friendly and the food was super tasty! You have to try the cottage cheese crepe! Also Iβm a big fan of the apricot dessert I had which was very fresh and crispy :) I canβt wait to come again!

β β β β β The food was wonderful, staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in making recommendations and the portions were great. I'm glad I finally had a chance to dine in and look forward to returning. If you go, try their bean borscht, perogies and cottage cheese sweet crepes, they were absolutely delicious!
