Specials aren't really that special comparatively either. Love the meat selection though. Great quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unless you feel like paying an extra 50% in prices on everything because you know we are only in the worst recession in 3 decades and yah I can afford to pay $12 for a pound of bacon or $8 for a gallon of in pasteurized milk that is totally not true because it's illegal to sell unpasteurized milk to the public so duh..... Otherwise I like driving by this place and thinking of all the things that I will save money on at better stores yet I will give it the fact that it's an old building and looks kind of all rustic and rundown. Mhh mhh whole wheat Freddie's Freeloaders I call it . Unlike its other owned store in Trail by the same people; Ferraro Foods who has its stuff together. With way fair prices, superior staff and produce as well as unbeatable service and help when it come to the small important points to a great business. Kootngay Market needs a lesson here.

They have everything I need and they also carry the organic glass jar dairy that is pretty much the only stuff I consume, and they take bottle returns from the dairy so basically bring back your milk bottles for 2$ off groceries (or like 20$ if you're like me)
