This place has a great variety of high quality natural, green and clean beauty & skincare products! I've been in store and ordered online many times and I'm always so impressed with the love and care they put into their customer service! Genuine staff and a great company to support in Edmonton! I look forward to trying out their spa one day too!

I've ordered twice from Kolya (a year apart) and I love opening my package. The little details, like the samples, the inspo quote card and the receipt are so touching. It feels like you guys truly care about the packaging! Both times I've ordered Innersense products because to date, you continue to be the cheapest place that carries them in Canada. I also appreciate how the pumps of the conditioner and shampoo were taped to prevent leaking. :)

I have made a couple of online orders and have been very happy with the delivery, cost, accuracy and of course the samples. I needed a couple of things and stopped in at the physical store. There is plenty of parking and being co-located with Optimum Heath Vitamins there were a lot of other things to look at! The staff in the Kolya Skincare and Beauty section was very helpful and friendly! I’d definitely go back for advice on other products. But for regular purchases I’d continue online, just to get the samples and the Kolya reward points, as I didn’t get either at the store.

I don't always do reviews but my experience with Kolya absolutely deserves one. I had been wanting to order Living Libations Seabuckthorn Oil and found Kolya Naturals. I love their online store, I ended up ordering a Harmonic Arts Elixir as well. I had some issues with Canada Post returning my order in error. They quickly got a replacement order re-shipped. The customer service was efficient and friendly and I just received the beautiful package that came with samples, a lovely little note, and plastic free packaging. If you're looking to support small business, look no further! I will absolutely be repurchasing through their company.

What a lovely store. I placed my order online and it only took a few days to ship to BC. When I opened the box I was surprised by how beautiful the presentation was (and free samples)! I love what I bought and I will definitely be buying from this store again. Great prices compared to other online health food stores :)

I live in Toronto but made an online purchase. The package arrived pretty quickly through Canada Post and it was an absolute joy opening the parcel. The Kolya Naturals team gave me a bunch of amazing samples and even the little things like the cute business card and invoice with the stamp just felt so luxurious. This was my first purchase from this store but I'll definitely be shopping on their site more frequently going forward.

A bit of background. I found Kolya in Jan 2021 when I decided to make my own shampoo, and they had my attention from that first order. I loved the attention of care and detail. The way it was packed. The small seal on my invoice. The free samples - Everyone loves free samples. And the chocolates. Within those samples, I found the products I now religiously used as part of my skincare routine, and I loved the idea of supporting a small business with a female lead. And so since Jan 2021, I was a loyal customer to Kolya Naturals. On 28 April 2022, I got an email about activating my account with Optimum Health and so I did. I placed a small order ($66.08 Free Shipping). So far so good. On Tuesday, 3 May I got a notification saying my order was delivered but I never got it. There seemed to have been a mistake somewhere with Canada Post. There was nothing in my mail box, or a key to the bigger boxes, or a notification to collect from the local postal office. I went to the local Canada Post office and they didn't have it either for me to collect it, so they suggested to call Customer Service which I did and opened a service ticket. I emailed Optimum Health about it with all the details. Their response time wasn't too bad, their response was - long story short - Sorry to hear that. Thank you. And we also created a ticket with Canada Post... OK? so I replied back wanting to make sure that in order for me to get the product that never arrived, I either had to wait for one of us to hear from Canada Post or purchase a second one without the guarantee that it will be delivered unless I pay between $17.31 and $49.68 on shipping? This was their response to that: "At this moment, we are unsure if Canada Post would refund us for the missing product, and we must therefore wait for a conclusion from Canada Post about the whereabouts of your parcel before we take further steps. We understand you are needing the product asap and so we will send you several samples of this product by Canada Post Xpresspost service, to help in the meantime. We hope this is an acceptable temporary solution, and we thank you for your patience." Samples?! From a quick search Optimum Health and Vitamins is a company with a revenue between $10-20M, and so I would have expected a much better solution. I didn't realise they needed the $70ish more than I did. Anyway, I was honestly very disappointed with the drastic change in the customer service. It just shows that the charm that brought me as a customer from a small business is no longer there, which is a shame.

Tried their oil for the first time, slightly high priced compared to super/drug stores, but then here you are paying for non chemical product. Highly recommended!
