Unfortunately took them 3 years to finally give me a number to contact the surgeon for a surgery I need and have been suffering with for the past 3 years kept getting told it takes six months or longer to get an appointment

Great and friendly staff. Dr Tse , always makes you feel welcomed never makes you feel judged has a very warm and comforting personality and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I am happy to report the excellent result of SMD's PRP ( Platelet- rich plasma injection) procedure. I have severe Osteoarthritis in my whole body. Pain came back in 2 years after my back surgery in 2010. I started PRP on my back 2016, knees in 2017, shoulders in 2018,now I can get out of bed and no need for the wheelchair.

my previous review was somehow deleted!!! So i won't bother writing the big review like I did but instead just let everyone know, the doc is great. Very caring intellectual person. However his evening receptionist is quite awful and rude. On more than one occasion. But the most recent one was on August 14th 2020 when I wrote my origional review which has since been deleted, I have screen shots of the origional review as well. I came in 6 minutes late for an appointment I thought I was 4 minutes early for. And she stared with the most incredulous look on her face, at me through the locked main door. I then waited at least 2 minutes just aimlessly standing there before I politely knocked a couple times and she then proceeded to give me a raised eye brow wth look while aggressively gesturing to the phone. So I waited for her to finish her call and come to the door and as she's opening it she extremely rudely began to tell me how im late and should have called. And then got offended when I called her rude for her actions theough the door. She then called the doctor and said i was yelling at her for no reason. If you have to go here I suggest going during the day because maybe the day receptionist isn't as entitled. What would you expect to happen if your server copped an attitude with you for literally no reason? I'm also really curious about how much it cost to get Google to remove my review. But ill just keep putting them on because if the doctor isn't going to Reprimand her then at least everyone should know what's going on.

I was referred here by my doctor, and they have since referred me on to another, so my time here was short. In that time, there were a number of things that put me off from voluntarily coming back. From the text and email communications to the uncomfortable wait room, a few things made the before visit experience underwhelming. All those are minor, however, compared to Dr. Idris' bedside manner. He is clearly very knowledgeable in his field, but he frequently cut me off midsentence and gave me a single option for treatment: think about it while I examine you, then take it or leave it. He also gave me no warning when part of his examination necessarily became invasive, and I felt extremely uncomfortable. The entire appointment felt rushed. I am not sure I received the best care, and I would not recommend going here to my friends.
