Jenny did an impeccable job pampering me. I was so relaxed and enjoyed every second of it, she was sooo amazing!! I honestly left there with glowing skin and few days later my skin is still radiant & hydrated from the facial and not to forget the massage! I highly recommend The Facial Place to anyone ; give them at least one try and you'll be hooked! Thank you Jenna, Jenny and Team for taking care of me! Looking forward to coming back! You guys are the best !!

I see Jenny's and she's an absolute angel. So kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely reccomend this place to everyone if I could.

I wasn’t sure of what facial to get and I was planning on asking about it when I got to the spa (I filled out the inquiry form) and I got a call from the secretary a few days later to confirm not only what service I would be getting, but the date I was planning on going as well as some other information. When I got there, I was greeted right away by not only the secretary, but the aesthetician that was going to be working with me who was very personable and helpful. The experience of the facial itself was very relaxing, and I also appreciated that the aesthetician warned me whenever she had a hot towel to put on my face lol it’s the little things for me! I’ve decided that I am definitely going there not only for facials but for any other service that they offer and I will (and already am..) recommend The Facial Place to pretty much everyone I know. Edit to add: another positive experience that I’ve had with them recently (the date for this edit is January 14th 2022) is how they have handled a couple issues with a product that I had purchased. It was handled professionally, empathetically, and quickly! This is a fantastic spa.

It is my happy place. I returned a few months ago after a long break due to the pandemic and I left feeling rejuvenated. I have booked November facials for a friend and myself and I always look forward to the peaceful, clean and inviting ambiance of this spa.

He is extremely attentive and customizes his treatment to what my body needs each time. He is extremely kind and respectful - Not to mention he is capable of getting out even the gnarliest knots! I am so very impressed by how comfortable I feel in the space and the service at reception is always amazing. Going there has become a necessity for me, while still truly feeling like a treat.

For the facial, I would highly recommend Linda who did a great job on oxygeneo facial for me. I loved her work. The receptionists try their best to accommodate any of the services for you in a short notice. Over all, I love this place!
