Although some of the yarn is slightly pricey, it is definitely worth the cost because of the material and quality! Staff is super friendly and very helpful! Will be back for my next project :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw the pattern for this shawl about a year ago and just fell in love with it. Sadly, the yarn was out of stock and I had no idea if it would ever be available again. I contacted Knit-O-Matic and they said they would contact me when it became available. I had given up hope of ever finding this exact yarn and miraculously, I received a message 2 weeks ago that the yarn was available. I order the kit, hoping it had not sold out again. less than 2 weeks later my yarn was delivered and I can't wait to get started. I will order from Knit-o-matic again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady working here is so rude I though it had to be racism but after reading some of these reviews it seems like thats just her personality. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by coming into the store, gave vague answers to simple questions, and seemed overall annoyed. On one earlier occasion I came in with my sister and we both left wondering if she was having a bad day or was just a rude person. Never coming back.

I'm not surprised with your response, this is how you replied to the other critical reviews of this store. I appreciate that you got back to me quickly and think several of your points are fair. I don't want to get into a back and forth but I do want to clarify that I had a large number of bundles in my hand and put them in my bag very obviously, took them out at the register and when you asked there was nothing in my bag. When I asked when you were restocking, it would have been great if you said the information you detailed in your reply. My major issue here wasn't the bag check, it was the fact that I left your store both times feeling disrespected.
