The manager Dionne S., offered outstanding customer service and expertise from my initial consultation to final product outcome. She was competent, thorough and cost-effective when selecting various product offerings. Her work is quite impecable and works well under tight deadlines to complete client's pieces. Like certain colors not available or in stock, etc. Luckily I was able to get the last bottle of varnish I was looking for. The discount coupons are always a plus also!

A	Andrew & MZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent Michael's location. There is a vast selection of art and craft materials. Keep an eye out for coupons of their website before you buy anything. There is usually a coupon every week, for something like 20-30% off one regular priced item. The return policy is good. I've had to return a few things that I bought in store or online and there was never any hassle. I tried the in store framing service once. It is a bit pricey but there are usually discounts on this. The framing person was helpful and it was done quickly. My only complaint is that the photo printing service is slow and more expensive than Staples. They don't do all the printing on site, so they were going to take a week to print and ship my photo to the store. So I ended up getting it printed at Staples instead.

Parking is not much of an issue, we parked on queen street and it was just a quick stroll. Overall, this store is one of the best I’ve been to and has an amazing variety of stuff that really get you inspired.
